Since I was born I was accompanied by one or more dogs. In 1990 I got my first own dog named Senta, a mixed breed. It didn’t took long before I got my second dog Dino, a German Shepherd.
These days my family and I own six dogs which are all active in dog sports.
From 1990 to 1995 I was active in companion dog sports. I participated in several competitions and tests and was active as figurant in guard dog sports.
Since 1995 I am an active agility athlete and it brings me much joy. Since this hobby with my dogs brings lot of fun and my family also enjoys it, I’ve decided to take the exam to become a ÖHU judge for agility.
It’s a great pleasure for me to set the courses and to judge the performance of the handlers and their dogs. It is very important to me that the handler has the opportunity to lead his dog “round” through the course. It is very important to me, that the handlers always treat their dogs fair, even if not everything works out, and do not lose the fun doing this beautiful sport.
Since 2005 (excluding 2010) I always visited the IMCA & PAWC and I look forward to welcome you at the IMCA & PAWC 2015!
I wish you all a wonderful, successful and fun preparation time for the IMCA & PAWC 2015 in Traun.
Remember, we are like one big family and all have fun together in this wonderful sport, with our four-legged best friends.
See you soon in Traun!
